Business networking event raises awareness about mental health at work

Networking to fundraise

Kingsley Asset Finance selected Lancashire Mind as their chosen charity and yesterday evening they put on a networking event for local customers and businesses. The event was part of their efforts to fundraise for Lancashire Mind and to help raise awareness by bringing people together to talk about mental health.

Lancashire Mind's Head of Development, Helen Fairweather, gave a short talk on mental health in the workplace, which was followed by the opportunity for people to network over a slice of pizza or two. The evening ended with a raffle for some great prizes.

The event attracted a mix of people representing a range of organisations from around the local area. We'd like to thank Kingsley Asset Finance for organising the event and inviting us to talk, as well as thanking everyone who attended for supporting the event.
