Mabel, our Wellbeing Coach, can help young people feel happier and healthier by identifying their lifestyle goals and the barriers that are preventing them from being reached. Her expertise can help young people work towards making different choices to benefit their mental health and wellbeing.
Young people are being particularly affected at the moment with big changes to school routine, access to friends and family as well as coping with the traditional feelings and emotions of simply growing up and learning.
