At a time when our income has reduced, and what is coming in, and when, is surrounded by much uncertainty, we need supporters who can commit to donating the cost of a coffee, an exercise class or the equivalent of a weekly commute more so than ever. Whatever the size of the donation you can make rest assured that the impact is huge.

We want to make long term, sustainable plans which will enable our services to continue, develop and grow based on the needs of people across Lancashire. We won't stop our work until  everyone in Lancashire can achieve good mental health and wellbeing, people living with a mental health condition get the right support when needed and people aren’t differently because of their mental health.

Fundraising Lead, Emma Bateson said:

"The gift of a regular donation is so important to a charity like ours as it means we know that we will have a steady income stream that we can rely upon. Regular gifts allow us to: expand existing services so we can support more people across the county, launch new wellbeing and mental health initiatives and programmes, provide more services free of cost and create more resources."

Giving is also one of the Five Ways to Wellbeing. The Five Ways are evidence-based actions, developed by the New Economics Foundation that can make a positive difference to our wellbeing if carried out on a regular basis.

Sharing our time, energy, knowledge or wealth gives us purpose and makes us feel valued.  Participation in social and community life will increase your wellbeing and make you feel good. Committing an act of kindness not only makes someone else happy but boosts your own wellbeing too.
