The Landscape of COVID-19 is Ever-Changing

As new lock-downs begin to emerge across the North of England, we face what could be another time of change for our county's young people.

So to help support them we have two resources that could benefit their mental health and wellbeing.

Aimed at primary school and above, the workbook can be used alone or guided through with a parent.

The workbook provides a clear understanding of how to look after your own wellbeing

Activities to do include our Activity Bingo to keep them active
There are activities to help keep them looking toward the future
Activities to help them learn about trying new things
Activities to help young people identify their support networks

The workbook can be access here. Click on the link for your FREE downloadable resource.
