Ainsley Charles, like too many, has witnessed first-hand the devastating impact that suicide has on our lives. But four years on from losing his step-father, he has chosen to turn his experience into raising vital awareness for mental health and, rightly so, doesn't want anyone suffering in silence.

So after planning his fundraiser, Ainsley set out to jump from a plane in his step-father's honour, upgrading from a 10,000ft to a 15,000ft jump on the morning of the dive.

Three miles to the ground later, and Ainsley had raised almost £550!!

''We are so grateful and inspired, Ainsley. Thank you so much for all you have done. Support from fundraisers like you means that we can ensure our services such as wellbeing coaching, projects in schools and suicide prevention training, to name but a few, can continue to be rolled out across the county, to continue to
drive our mission of better mental wellbeing for all.''
