The masks are available in a number of different colours and can be purchased for £7 each. There is also the option to buy a single skin version for £4. All the profits from the sales will be donated to Lancashire Mind as Sian's family and friends continue to support mental health and wellbeing in Lancashire in her memory.
The masks can be ordered through the Shine for Sian Facebook page here
Shine for Sian was created by family after the loss of their beloved daughter Sian. Since 2018, Sian's family have worked tirelessly to raise awareness of mental health and raise funds for Lancashire Mind. To date the Shine for Sian campaign has raised over £50,000 for Lancashire Mind, to help support the work we do in North Lancashire.
A Shine for Sian spokesperson said: "Lots of fundraising activities have been cancelled this year and people may not be in a position to be able to make donations or support right now which is why we came up with the idea of creating the masks. The masks are a way to remember Sian, continue to raise awareness of the Shine for Sian campaign and raise funds to help others. More so than ever we want to help support people's mental health and wellbeing."
Fundraising Lead Emma Bateson said: "We would like to thank those at Shine for Sian and everyone who has supported Shine for Sian this year. Although there have been challenges around fundraising, Sian's wonderful family and friends continue to support the work Lancashire Mind do in Sian's memory. We are so grateful to everyone who has supported us through Shine for Sian this year. We think the masks look great and we can't wait to see people wearing them with pride."
