We are using the power of football to raise awareness of mental health, to improve the approach to mental health in football and to raise funds to deliver our life changing support.

Join Blackpool FC and Morecambe FC players, supporters, club staff and the wider community in raising awareness and funds for your local independent mental health charity Lancashire Mind. All you need to do is take on the 545 Challenge.

One chance, five keep me ups. Can you do it? Film yourself taking on the challenge, share on social media, tag five friends to take on the challenge and donate £5 to Lancashire Mind right here on this page. Don't forget to use the hashtag #545LancsMindChallenge when sharing.

Go to the 545 Just Giving page here

All the money raised will be used in Lancashire to support people living in Lancashire through support and projects available to people of all ages.

You have until 28th April to take part in the challenge and help us reach our fundraising target. What are you waiting for? Get involved, have fun and make a difference to mental health in Lancashire.

A £5 donation could answer a call to someone in Lancashire seeking support for their mental health, provide them with detailed signposting information and get them the help they need when they need it most.

This challenge is part of Mind's partnership with the EFL. As part of the partnership EFL clubs work in partnership with their local Mind.
