Donating every month to Lancashire Mind will not only make a significant difference to the people we support across Lancashire but it can also have a positive effect on your own wellbeing.
"Donating to charity is a major mood-booster. The knowledge that you’re helping others is hugely empowering and, in turn, can make you feel happier and more fulfilled. Research has identified a link between making a donation to charity and increased activity in the area of the brain that registers pleasure - proving that as the old adage goes, it really is far better to give than to receive." Charities Aid Foundation
"I donate monthly to Lancashire Mind as it’s a charity close to my heart with having my own personal mental health conditions and some family and friends also. Lancashire Mind is my local charity and they do such great work in the community with helping break the mental health stigma and giving valuable support to those that need it. I’m so happy I’m able to give back to them." Regular Donor, Louise
