Anti-Bullying Week takes place between Monday 15th and Friday 19th November 2021 and this year focuses on the theme of One Kind Word.

The Anti-Bullying Alliance, who organise the week, explain: "Kindness is more important today than it has ever been. The isolation of the last year has underlined how little acts of consideration can break down barriers and brighten the lives of the people around us."

In support of this week, Lancashire Mind's Children and Young People's Team have shared resources which centre on kindness to oneself, kindness to others and positive self-talk. They are linked below - you can either download each resource separately or everything in one go at the end of the list.

Wishing kindness to everyone this week and every week.
