Our Happier Lancashire workshop is a friendly and light touch introduction to the five ways to wellbeing. The workshop explores the benefit of each of the five ways and how we can utilise them in our everyday life to build our resilience and improve our mental wellbeing. The workshop will be delivered via Zoom.
This workshop is open to anyone aged 18+ living in Blackburn with Darwen.
