This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme is Nature and Lancashire Mind is excited to offer our supporters the chance to buy our hand-packed Give & Grow Boxes. Boxes cost just £7 each including postage.
This year we have created gift boxes packed with nature-themed items and activities designed to give you a wellbeing boost. Perfect as a gift for you or a loved one, the packs contain:
- Happiness Quote Cards
- Cornflower seeds
- Origami craft activity (with origami paper provided)
- Twig frame craft activity (with twine provided)
- Cord wristband with nature charm
- Literature from Lancashire Wildlife Trust
- A few special boxes will also include a bonus handmade felt or crocheted bee.
Items are packed in blue tissue paper and delivered in a cardboard letterbox-sized envelope with a Give & Grow sticker.
