In this workshop you explore the five ways to wellbeing and stress, looking at how to manage it.
This 2 hour long workshop combines both Happier Lancashire and Stress Buster, it will be delivered on Zoom and after registering you will be emailed with the details.
In Happier Lancashire you will learn about the 5 ways to wellbeing, how the 5 ways can improve mental health and wellbeing, and share different examples of things we can do to incorporate the 5 ways into our daily life. Then in Stress buster you will learn about recognising signs and symptoms of stress as well as techniques you can take away to self-manage present moment stress.
