Join us monthly on Zoom for an introduction to mindfulness practice. Take some time out for you and take part in some guided sessions with our volunteer Sue, a qualified mindfulness practitioner.
Mindfulness helps you truly accept yourself for who you are and enjoy the moment you live in. If practised regularly, it brings about long term improvements in happiness and wellbeing. Mindfulness gives you greater clarity, helping you to notice, then take a more considered action on the things you want to change.
