This year we are asking you to join us in our biggest fundraising challenge to date!
We need you to help us cover an incredible 3226 virtual kilometres, the equivalent of Lancashire to Lapland!
You can choose to run, walk, cycle the usual Mental Elf 5k or challenge yourself to complete a number of kms over the course of the challenge. The distance, the way you complete it, when you complete it and where, is up to you!
This event is for everyone!
Mental Elf is proudly sponored by Lancashire based business Conlon. You can find out more about Conlon here

Why take part?
Christmas can be a difficult time for many. The Mental Elf 2020: Lancashire to Lapland challenge is all about bringing people across Lancashire together. We want to give people something fun and positive to focus on after a year of challenge, change and uncertainty. This challenge is centred around wellbeing and we want everyone taking part to come away with an improved wellbeing through exercise, getting outside, connecting with others, learning something new, giving back and having lots of fun!
The great thing about this year's event is that:
➡ You can do it anywhere in Lancashire
➡ You can choose the days with good weather
➡ You can choose your distance
Why have we changed Mental Elf 2020 and why do we need your support?
Mental Elf has been running for a number of years and is our flagship fundraising event. This year we have made the difficult decision to not go ahead with a physical event for the health and safety of all our fundraisers, supporters, volunteers and staff.
Lancashire Mind has lost and continues to lose significant income through cancelled fundraising events and challenges due to COVID-19.
We are really excited about our virtual alternative and we have worked hard to ensure that all our participants have the best possible experience whilst supporting us.
We can't wait for Mental Elf 2020: Lancashire Mind to Lapland and we hope you will choose to become a Lancashire Mind elf and join us on this new, exciting fundraising journey!
