An important part of Lancashire Mind's work is supporting people to understand more about mental health and to learn how to look after their own mental health. This section of the website contains some basic information about mental health, what affects our mental health, what it might be like to live with a mental health condition and how we can all take steps to improve and maintain our mental wellbeing.
