Do you live in North Lancashire?  Aged between 30 and 50?  Want to make a difference in your community?  Then come and get involved in the Community Wellbeing Challenge – an 8 week course that looks at promoting mental wellbeing, and develops, then at the end of the 8 weeks launches a project to promote mental wellbeing.

We are all coping and dealing with some changes to our daily life and we hope that our project will bring people together to support each other and their communities at this challenging time.  We will start online during lockdown, and move to face to face if appropriate.

The Community Wellbeing Challenge for North Lancashire will start on Wednesday 20 May from 1pm to 3pm.  We will be exploring mental health and wellbeing and creating something that will support our neighbours and communities.

This is a great opportunity to support your mental wellbeing and that of your community, even if it is from our front rooms.

If you want to get involved, please contact Ruth Whitworth at [email protected], or phone 07885459504
