Lancashire Mind's Children and Young People (CYP) team have created a wonderful set of free resources to support parents/carers and families who are home-schooling and to boost the wellbeing and resilience of young people, from little ones to older teens.

We recognise many parents are continuing to juggle home learning throughout the ongoing pandemic and we hope the resources below provide invaluable help.

Wellbeing Guide to Home Learning is a PDF guide from Hazel in our CYP team and Holly from  our Community Development (CD) team. It provides tips and strategies to guide you and your young person(s) on how to keep motivated, build resilience and keep positive through learning at home.

Jess from our CD team has produced wellbeing newsletters for children, young people, parents and teachers on a range of issues, with updates, activities and tips to maintain good mental wellbeing during lockdown and beyond.
