We're here to help you understand and look after your mental health and wellbeing, whether you need some support to improve your mental health or you want to learn how to stay mentally healthy.
School and Workplace Wellbeing
As well as supporting individuals to look after their mental health, Lancashire Mind supports businesses, schools, public sector and voluntary sector organisations across Lancashire to create mentally healthy environments. We offer training courses, wellbeing coaching and a range of school and workplace programmes.
