With the events of the past two years workplace mental health and wellbeing has never been more important. But many organisations are struggling to navigate and understand just what they can and should be doing to help their workforce.

If you would like to learn more on how to support mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, taking away some practical ideas and top tips then you should register for Lancashire Minds fifth annual workplace conference here

Lancashire Mind are a well established and trusted organisation that has been working with local authorities across Lancashire for over a decade, encouraging people to talk about wellbeing and mental health in the workplace, inspire positive measures and share best practice. They aim to promote good practice and challenge stigma to ensure we all have someone to talk to about mental health and wellbeing.

For the 2022 conference Lancashire Mind have managed to reach out to national and local speakers to consider how we move forward positively together in 2022.

This year we are pleased to announce the following speakers:-

Dr Paula Holland - Senior Lecturer in Public Health at Lancaster University

Emma Mamo - Head of Workplace Wellbeing at Mind

Ben Goode CEO at LSI Architects - 2020/21 Mind Best Workplace / Wellbeing Employer

Sarah Jane Cale -  Wellbeing of Women / Positive Menopause

Deborah Kelly - Your Best Life / Mindfulness in the Workplace

The 2022 conference will take place virtually on 3 February, national Time to Talk Day and tickets are just £60 for the day. There will be a maximum number of attendees allowed so we’d encourage registration as soon as possible to ensure your place.

We hold the conference on Time to Talk Day and the conversation feels even more important this year, with the impact Covid-19 has had on the mental health and wellbeing of many employees. The conference offers a great opportunity to learn more about how you can support mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, taking away practical ideas and top tips.

We look forward to welcoming you to Time to Talk About Wellbeing at Work 2022. Here are a few comments we've received from delegates in previous years:

"Excellent conference, very inspiring and came away with lots of ideas."
