Lancashire Mind are now offering MHFA refresher training as both closed or open access training workshops. MHFA Refresher Booking

If you are attending the Adult MHFA virtually, the trainer will send you a joining link prior to the course on the MHFA England portal Enabley. Once you have received your link sent directly from the trainer, you will be asked to create a password and login using your email address (this can be work or personal email). Once set up you will receive an email from [email protected] to verify your account. Please click on ‘Verify your account’ within the email to activate your account. In readiness for your course (see General Joining Instructions below). Your additional resources will be forwarded to the address you have registered on the course with prior to the start of the session.  


If you are attending the Adult MHFA face to face, the trainer will bring all the resources with them to the venue.  You may wish to download the learner manual which you will not need for the training as a reference for yourselves going forward.  Alternatively, the trainer will give you information on accessing the manual through MHFA England's learning portal Enabley.

All Adult MHFA England learners (both virtual and face to face) - the updated Adult MHFA course includes access to their new app.  MHFA England will send you a link to set up access to this app.  This email may go to junk, so please ensure you check you junk/spam folder prior to the workshop start date. If you cannot find the email, please follow the instructions below:

 

1.  Highlight and right click the following link and select

2.  Enter the email address you used when booking your place on the MHFA course this will be your username for the app.

3.   Create a password when prompted.

4.   Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

5.   Log into the app using your username and password from step 2 and 3.
