Self Harm Safe Kits x30
The self harm safe kit was co-created by Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) in 2023 as part of a regional pilot to support management of self-injury behaviour.
The kits are sold by the box (each box contains x30 kits).
The kit is a low cost purchasable resources to support professionals to have difficult conversations using an evaluated toolkit aimed at supporting individuals to manage their self-injury behaviour.
