Fun weekend had by all at Adlington Carnival
Lancashire Mind were thrilled to be chosen as Adlington Carnival's charity for 2019
Carnival weekend
Lancashire Mind staff and volunteers were excited to take part in Adlington Carnival over the weekend. On our stall, we talked to people about the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and encouraged people to get involved in some of our fun activities to get you thinking about how to improve your wellbeing.
We had fun walking in the parade, carrying our Lancashire Mind banner, which was kindly printed for us by EPSL Educational Printing.
It was a great opportunity for us to raise awareness of mental health, increase Lancashire Mind's profile and take part in such a great event in our local community. We were thrilled to be selected as the Carnival's charity for 2019 and would like to thank the organisers of the carnival and everyone who attended, who donated to Lancashire Mind.
We don't know how much was raised yet but will post details as soon as we have them.
