Wellbeing Coaching is an evidence-based approach to building wellbeing and resilience.


A coach works with the client to identify areas that are causing difficulty and then supports them to develop positive coping strategies and work towards agreed goals.

We have been delivering wellbeing coaching for over ten years.  We have a wealth of experience in our coaching team and are passionate about supporting people to live the lives they want, as fully as possible.

Coaching has a basis in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy:

Coaching centres around behavioural change techniques, thought challenging and breaking the cycle that leads to poor wellbeing. Some topics we support with include confidence and low self-esteem, sleep and self-care, low mood, stress and worry, anger.

Flourishing Minds

Flourishing Minds is a whole community approach to wellbeing for the residents of Blackburn with Darwen.  We work alongside our partners at Age UK, One Voice, and the Wellbeing Service to bring mental health and wellbeing support to individuals and groups in a variety of settings.
