Wellbeing on tour!
Whether you see us in person or follow along online, there’s something for everyone!
The Lancashire Mind Roadshow will visit towns and communities across the county, popping up in local hubs, high streets, schools, and community spaces to bring mental health resources, connection and positive wellbeing to locations across the county.

Activities for Schools

Join our Creative Minds art project!
Creativity connects us! It helps us express what words can’t, makes space for big feelings and brings people together. Lancashire Mind invites you to explore how art, music, poetry, photography and storytelling can help us understand and share our mental health experiences.
Whether you’re a school, workplace, community group or individual – we want everyone across Lancashire to join us and share their creative ideas!
Test your knowledge in our mental health quiz! Simply complete the quiz, and all submissions will be entered into a prize draw for a £25 Amazon voucher. One winner will be drawn at random by Tuesday 20th May.
Connecting our communities
The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘Community’.
Feeling a part of a supportive, inclusive and safe community is to fundamental to our wellbeing. We feel good when we’re connected to others, whether that’s family, friends, colleagues, team mates or neighbours.
“Being part of a community can make life feel more meaningful and enjoyable, help us feel happier and safer, and improve our mental health. Yet sometimes, although we’re all part of communities, we don’t always realise the benefits for our mental health.” Mental Health Awareness Week | Mental Health Foundation
That’s why we’re taking Lancashire Mind on the road! It’s all part of a shared mission to strengthen community connections and make mental health conversations easier and more accessible.

How you can support your community
Sharing your experiences, donating your time or raising funds all helps to support Lancashire Mind to deliver vital mental health services.
