Please note, that we do are unable to offer crisis support, please call the NHS on 111, mental health crisis number 0800 953 0110, which are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For someone to speak to for crisis and emotional support 24 hours a day 7 days a week, please call the Samaritans free on 116 123.

Our phone line is open from 10am-4pm Monday – Friday (except Bank Holidays and between Christmas and the New Year when the office is closed).

Outside of these hours you can leave a message. We aim to respond to you within 5 working days (Monday-Friday).
