Help us shape Lancashire Mind’s next five‑year strategy
Lancashire Mind are creating a new five‑year strategy, and we want it to be shaped by the people who know Lancashire best – you!
By sharing your experiences, challenges and ideas, you’ll help us build a clearer picture of mental health across the county and ensure our future work reflects real needs.
We know that mental health support doesn’t always work the same for everyone. Every survey response strengthens our understanding and helps us advocate for better support.
Please can you spare a few minutes to complete the survey form and share the link with anyone else you think would like to give their thoughts. It can be completed anonymously and you can choose to answer all or some of the questions. Everyone who submits a response can choose to be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £20 vouchers.
