We know that loneliness affects so many of us and that it can have a real impact on not only our mental health but also our physical health. This feeling can sit under the radar for most people and yet can affect us at any given time – especially so, for the times we have experienced and still do post pandemic.
Connection plays a vital part in combating loneliness and this week (9th-15th May) we will be out in communities across Lancashire encouraging conversations and connecting with you.
