Lancashire Mind work in communities across Lancashire to raise awareness of mental health and the ways in which we can all take steps to look after our own wellbeing. We want everyone to understand that we all have mental health and that we shouldn't treat people differently because of a mental health condition.

We encourage people to talk about their own mental health and be aware of when family and friends may be experiencing poor mental health. It's important to talk about how we are feeling and to remember that it is ok to ask for help when we need it.
