Everyone who works for Lancashire Mind is passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing.
Our staff team of over 35 people come from a range of backgrounds, bringing different skills and experience to the organisation. Many of us have lived experience of mental health, either direct experience of poor mental health or in supporting family and friends.
Alongside our staff, we have lots of dedicated and passionate volunteers supporting our work across Lancashire.
Our Senior Leadership Team
We work with the Board of Trustees to set the organisation’s strategy and are responsible for making sure it’s applied effectively. We work with our teams to set ambitious but achievable goals and then manage and support each team to work towards their goals. We coordinate the organisation’s functions - finance, business development, service delivery,
operations, etc. We build relationships with organisations across Lancashire and partner with them to improve mental health and wellbeing. Together we have almost 200 years experience across the different paid and voluntary roles we've held. We strive to keep getting better and couldn’t do that without our amazing staff and volunteers!

Helen leads the development department, consisting of our Training, Fundraising and Communications, Sales and Marketing and Community Engagement and Inclusion teams.

Sarah leads the service delivery teams, consisting of our Adult Coaching Team, Children and Young People's Team and the Mental Health Services Team.
