Prioritising wellbeing in schools is essential to support the potential and resilience of the next generation. Recent surveys show the increasing rates of poor mental health amongst educational staff and the impact of this on school performance, student support and recruitment.

In addition to ensuring teachers feel supported, schools have a unique role in supporting student wellbeing. With 90% of school leaders reporting an increase in the number of students experiencing anxiety or stress over the last five years, and the recent impact of the covid-19 pandemic, ensuring your staff are equipped to support themselves and student wellbeing is essential to school performance.

We can tailor our thriving workplace services to schools and have a range of school specific services to help you take a whole school approach to wellbeing and resilience, from staff, to students and their parents/carers.
